FINAL SUMMER HOLIDAY DATES REDUCED

Our changeover days are Monday and Friday. If the dates you require are available but showing as unavailable when you try the ‘book now’ button do get in touch, the booking system won’t allow different arrival days. In low season arrival days are flexible. During the summer holidays the changeover is strictly a Friday. Christmas is dependant on how the dates fall.

We accept couples discount based on two people sharing the top floor master suite.

We will take short breaks and during term time and last minute during the school holidays. Two nights at the weekend are available they include late check out on the Sunday.

We don't charge extra for unlimited dogs, travel cots, high chairs, dog crates, or anything else that we can provide...

We take either a 25% deposit on booking to secure the dates and then the balance two calendar months before your arrival. If your booking is last minute (within 60 days of arrival) then we need the full amount on booking.

Unlike the big agents, I don't charge commission, booking fees, damage deposits, hidden extra charges for dogs and many other things and I'm able to pass these savings on to you the guests, and most importantly I care about your holiday. 

Bookings can be made online via credit card, alternatively you can do a bank transfer.

Please click the ‘Book Now’ button to book, you’ll need to add a Monday or Friday date for arrival, click the couples discount if there are just two of you sharing the top floor suite and if you have more than 10 dogs just select 10 as that’s the max number available to choose. Please note that short breaks are not available during the school holidays and check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am.
